Hurricane Irma Relief Grant Application

If your Florida business was negatively impacted by Hurricane Irma, the Herman Lucerne Memorial Foundation and Hell’s Bay Boatworks have created this fund to help mitigate that impact for those in dire need.

This application is a request to provide financial assistance to help the fishing community who are experiencing genuine and unavoidable financial difficulties from Hurricanes Irma and Harvey.    The Herman Lucerne Memorial Foundation and Hell’s Bay Boatworks Hurricane Relief Fund is a discretionary grant, offering support of up to $5000.00 which does not need to be paid back.

This application is reviewed by the Herman Lucerne Memorial Foundation and Hell’s Bay Boatworks Hurricane Relief Fund Committee which determines if the grant is reasonable and necessary to meet a bonafide need.
